Divinity Soccer Academy (DSA), founded in Maryland, uses soccer to develop and empower young people through athletic training, education, mentorship, and leadership development. DSA promotes healthy lifestyles, inclusion, academic growth, and positive youth development while reducing delinquency and creating pathways to future educational and employment opportunities.
DSA works with families, schools, government agencies, businesses, and community organizations to create safe, supportive opportunities that help young people reach their full potential on and off the field.

Divinity Recreational Program
The program is designed to provide children and young people with a safe, fun, and structured environment where they can participate in recreational sports and activities regardless of their competitive experience.
Key areas include:
- Soccer & sports activities — skill development, games, fitness, and recreational play.
- Teamwork & leadership — communication, cooperation, responsibility, and respect.
- Personal development — confidence, discipline, goal-setting, and positive decision-making.

Divinity PROPAD Program
This is our Advanced competitive soccer development program designed for young athletes who are committed to improving their soccer abilities and competing at a higher level.
PROPAD focuses on developing the complete player through structured training, competitive games, tactical education, physical development, teamwork, discipline, and leadership. Players are challenged to improve their technical skills while learning how to understand the game, make better decisions, and perform effectively in competitive situations.
Program Focus
- Technical Development: Ball control, dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting, finishing, defending, and individual skill development.
- Tactical Development: Understanding formations, positioning, off-ball movement, attacking principles, defensive organization, and game strategy.
- Competitive Experience: Participation in competitive matches, tournaments, showcases, and other appropriate soccer events.
- Physical Development: Age-appropriate conditioning, coordination, agility, speed, mobility, and overall athletic development.
- Mental Development: Building confidence, focus, resilience, discipline, accountability, and the ability to respond positively to challenges.
- Leadership & Character: Developing respectful, responsible, disciplined players who understand the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and commitment.
- Player Pathway: Identifying and developing players with the ability and desire to progress to higher levels of competitive soccer.
About The Founder:
Njie Divine is a former professional soccer player whose passion for the game began in childhood. He played at youth and Division 2 levels before moving to Thailand, where he spent eight years playing professionally for several clubs, including Sisaket FC, Samut Songkhram FC, and Suphanburi FC.
With his professional experience and a U.S. soccer coaching license, he founded Divinity Soccer Academy (DSA) to identify and develop young soccer talents. The academy aims to empower youth with high-quality training, strong values, and opportunities to turn their soccer dreams into reality.
